Elizabeth Marquez is front and center in this lively SexMex scene that opens with an unexpected visit from the local pastor. He arrives with a message from the congregation — apparently, Elizabeth's way of dressing has raised some eyebrows, even when she tries her best to be conservative. The problem, as the pastor explains with some difficulty, is not what she wears but the figure she carries beneath it. Elizabeth listens patiently, considers his concern with a perfectly straight face, and then decides the most reasonable response is to address the situation head-on. What starts as an earnest spiritual consultation quickly becomes something neither the congregation nor the pastor saw coming — though it is entirely Elizabeth who sets the terms. She navigates the whole exchange with confidence, humor, and the kind of energy that makes it very clear she is not bothered in the slightest by all the attention....
